The hait supports the local community by providing a space for meeting, classes, social events, fundraising activities and private hire. The trustees have regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefit when planning actNFties and reviewing the achievements duringthe year. ACHIEVEMENTS Duringthe year the ch8rity continued to make the hall available for a wde range of community events. The main highlights were the annual Bums. dinner. harvest SUPP8r. charity auction and the continued delivery of village hau tease duringthe summer months. Repairs and maintenance of the halltogetherwith longertemi sustsinabiltywere 8 prforlty duringthis period. And expenditure was £28850. Resulting in a surplus of £100. Income was mainly generated bythe 8Ctivities sted in the achievements section.

The trustees considerthe charity's financial position to be stsble and all aspects of financial management will continue to be closely monitored bythe trustees. RESERVES POLICY The trustees 8im to hold sufficient unrestricted reSerS to meet routine operating costs. manage unexpected repairs and provide continuity of service rf income is disrupted.
