**Activities:** Payment of defined proportions of annual income to four Lincolnshire Charities. Annuities to widows and widowers of Church of England clergy with preference to those resident in Lincolnshire; second preference to those in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Leicestershire or the District of Huntingdon,Cambridgeshire. Small educational grants are available to children of clergy resident in Lincolnshire.
