TRUSTEES REPORT
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023
The trustees present the financial statements of the charity for the year ended
31 December 2023. The financial statements have been prepared in accordance
with the Financial Reporting Standards for Smaller Entities, Part 15 the Companies
Act 2006 and follow the recommendations in Accounting and Reporting by Charities:
Statement of Recommended Practice.
Objectives Of The Charity
The object of the charity is to provide school facilities and grants for Polish youth
and children.

For the Ye￿ ended 31 Deceniber 2023 the charity was entitled to exeniption from audit under section 477 of the
Compatiies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance
with section 476.
The Truste¢5 acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requireinents of th¢ Act with respect to
accounting records alld the preparatioii of accounts.
These accounts have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to coinpanies subject to the sniall
coinpanies regitne.
The accounts were approved by the board on the 23 May 2024 alld signed OD Its behalf.

Accounting Policies
Basis Of Preparation Of Accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention using the following
accounting policies.
Income Resources and Expenditure
Income and expenditure is included on an accruals basis and is allocatted to the different
categories of the Statement of Financial Activities on a basis which reflects the day to day
operations of the charity.
Cashflow
The company has taken advantage of the exemption in Financial Reporting Standard No 1
from the requirement to produce a cash flow statement on the grounds that is a small
cornpany.

As described on the balance sheet you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts for the year
ended 31 December 2023, set out on pages 3 to 5 and you consider that the company is exempt from
an audit. In accordance with your instructions, I have compiled these unaudited accounts in order to
assist you to fulfill your statutory responsibilities from the accounting records and information and
explanations supplied to us.
