**The trustees continue to support organisations within the village of Wrangle eg: Youth Club, Parish Hall, Churchyard maintenance, and widows and widowers Christmas monies (see accounts).** 

**We have also given grants to village students going on to university/college  or apprenticeships.** 

**There has been no disaster eg fire or flood emergency funding used this year.** 

**The funds for the charity come from rents received from land, a house and investments (see accounts).** 

**This year the charity house on Tooley Lane Wrangle became vacant and will need considerable expenditure to be brought up to today’s standard for re-letting.** 

**A major financial item this year was the sale of a 1.8 acre plot of land off Chapel Lane to a local resident. The land had restricted entrance for modern agricultural machinery and was therefore difficult to let as an allotment.   A professional land agent was engaged to negotiate the sale successfully and the money has been invested which has increased the trust’s income.  We have a clawback agreement should it be sold for building in the next 30 years.** 

**We continue to support the residents of Wrangle where we can.**
