PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND CARE FOR THE BEAUTY, HISTORY AND CHARACTER OF THE AREA AND ITS  SURROUNDINGS; ANDC. THE PRESERVATION, DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF FEATURES OF GENERAL PUBLIC AMENITY OR  HISTORIC INTERESTD. THE MANAGEMENT AND GENERAL ENHANCEMENT OF THE LAND OWNED BY THE ASSOCIATION
