The Trust has a premises manager who is lives in Braithwaite village – Mr Alan Little The Trust Bankers are Barclays, Keswick, Cumbria.
Accounts are also held with Cumberland B.S. and with The Charities Aid Foundation. The Trust has no permanent Legal, Investment or Insurance advisors.
The Trusts Accounts were examined by Mr James Sheared (Chartered Accountant)
The Trustees meet twice yearly to decide on all matters relating to the efficient running of the Trusts‘ Affairs. The Trust endeavours to maintain cordial relations with our neighbours in Braithwaite.
A Grazing Tenancy is held by a local Farmer. Lettings in 2021 were as follows:John Roan 16 nights J.R Family Groups 28 nights _ Other School and Youth Groups 20 nights Other Family Groups 47 nights Community Groups 31 nights Trustees 12 nights Total 154 nights The Trustees have an on-going programme of refurbishment of the building.
