**Objects:** PRIMARILY FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF THE ROOD SCREEN AT THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST BARTHOLOMEW AND FOR GENERAL ECCLESIASTICAL PURPOSES WITH AN EMPHASIS ON PROVIDING ACTIVITIES AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT TO THE ELDERLY AND FAMILIES OF THE PARISH OF WELBY.

**Activities:** Established to restore the XV century screen in Welby Church in memory of Wm & Emma Avery. Income from capital remaining to be used for:- (1) Maintaining the Rood screen. (2) Welfare of those living in the parish in particular the elderly and children, (3) General Church Purposes
