This report Is made solely to the Charity's truslegs as a body in accord8nee wlh seclion 145 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Charitie5

extent pemiitt8d by law, I do not accept or assume re5ponsibilrty to anyone othèr than the charity's trustees as 8 body, for my
examination, for this report. or for the opinions I have formed.
RespectN• re$ponslbllltie5 of trustees and examlner
As described on page 7, the trustees are responsible for the preparation ol the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an
audit is not fequir8d for this year undor section 144 of the the Charit*s Act and that an independent examination is need8d.
Having satisfied my5811 that the charity is nol subject to audit und&r charity law and is eligible for Independent examination, it is my
responsibility to..
al examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act,
bl lo follow the proceduTes laid down in the gèneral Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 1451Sllbl of the
2011 Act, and
cl to state whether particular rnatters have come to my attentM)n.
Basis of independ•nl examiner's $tat•m¢nt
My examination was carried out in aceordance with the general Directions glven by the Chadty Commission. An examinatlon
includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented wilh those records. It
Èlso include5 consideration of any unusua5 it8ms or disclosures in thè accounts, and sèeking explanations from the tru51e8S
concerning any such matters. The prO￿dureS undertaken do not provide all the 6videnc8 that would be required in an audit. and
conseqLJently no opinion is given as lo whether the accounts pr8s8nt a 'true and fair view and the Teport is limited to those matters
set out in the statem8nt below.
Independent examlner's statemenl
In connection with my examination, no material matters have come to rny attention whi¢h gives me cause to believe that in, any
material respect..
the accounting records ware not kept in accordance with section 130 01 the Charities Ad,. or
the accounts did not accord with the accounling records,. or
the aecounts did ntst comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts sel out in the
