## **Section C Objectives and activities**
Promotion of the moral, social and intellectual well-being and the rational recreation of and generally for the benefit of the public and particularly the inhabitants of Abersoch and its neighbourhood without regard to their **Summary of the objects of the** religious or political opinions. **charity set out in its governing document** Trustees support and help promote all bookings for the Hall’s facilities for regular and new users. They also encourage fresh activities to improve and broaden the community’s leisure and educational choices. The Trustees continue to contribute time, effort and skills on a purely voluntary basis and actively promote the use of the Hall by residents of the community and further afield.

Section D Achievements and performance
On upkeep, the Trustees are very conscious of the need to maintain and **Summary of the main** improve this ageing, historic building so it can continue to be of on-going **achievements of the charity** benefit to the community as was intended and planned improvements are **during the year** being prepared over the next two to five years to ensure its future. Grateful thanks is due to everyone who have supported the Neuadd in any way throughout the current period. Ways of paying for parking facillites are being revised to generate extra income to enable the major upgrades to the building to take place. Advice from experts about the building’s condition have been received which highlight the substantial investment required over the next few years enabling its future use for the local community. The work will be overseen by a project manager.

Company for the year ended**31 /03 / 2023**
As the charity’s trustees of the Company (who are also the directors of the
company for the purposes of company law), you are responsible for the
preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the
Companies Act 2006 (“the 2006 Act”).
Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required
to be audited for this year under Part 16 of the 2006 Act and are eligible for
