The recently refurbished Almshouses on Nottingham Road, Mansfield provide accommodation for the elderly (70+) at approximately 50% of the market rate. Grants are provided to organisations who care for or support the development of young people.

The Trustees have at all times due regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on pubic benefit.

The charity is very fortunate to be in good financial standing with £500,000 invested through M &G in the National Association of Almshouses Common Investment fund which provides approx. £25,000 of income in dividends.

3 houses on Portland Street, Mansfield are rented out to give further income as are landholdings in the Mansfield area.
