The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with Accounting and Reporting by
Charitles: Statement of Recommended Practice appllcable to charitles preparing their accounts In
accordance with the Financial Reportin8 Standard appllcable In the UK and Republlc of Ireland (FRS
1021 (effective l January 20151 (Charities SORP IFRS 1021). the Financial Reporting Standard
applicable In the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 and the Charities Act 2011. Assets and Ilabllitles
are Initially reco8nised at historical cost or Iransaction value unless otherwise stated in the relevant
accountin8 policy note.
Golng Concern
The Trustees consider that there are no material uncertalnties about the Charity's ability to continue
as a 8oln8 Concern nor any significani areas ol uncertainty that affect the carryln8 value of assets held
by the Chaflty.
Accumulated Funds
Permanent Endowment Fund.. Thls is iepresenied by ihe probate values of the properties used for the
purpose of the Trust net of permitted disposals. Under the terms of the Trust's Governln8 Instrument
the endowment cannot be realised to supplement the Charity's income èvailable to lurther the
Charity's objectives.
Flxed Assets
Freehold properties are recorded at probate value plus Improvements at cost.
Depreclatlon
The freehold properties probate value5 are not depreciated as In the opinion of the Trustees their
fesidual value is far in excess of their probate values, A5 these propertie5 are ￿(upIed for charltable
purposes and are kept in good repair. the TfUStees do not con&der any depreciation would be
material. Property enhancements are depreciated over 30 yeafs.
Recreatlon ground equipment net of residual value is wrltten off over its useful economic Ilfe at a rate
of 20% per annum on a strai8ht line basis.

Donations are reco8nised when the Charity ha5 been notlfied in writin8 of l)oth the amouni and
settlement date. In the event that a donation is subject to condilions that requlre a level of
performance by the Chariry before the Charity is entitled to the funds. the Incorne is deferred and not
recognised ur)til eiiher those conditions are ful￿ met. or the fuifilment of those condltions Is wholly
within the conirol of the Charity and it is probable that these conditions will be fulfilled in the
reporting period.
Expendliure
All expenditure is rec￿niSed once there is a le8al or constiuctive obllgation to that expenditure. its
probable settlement Is requlred. and the amount can be measured rellably.
1.10. Value Added Tax
The Charity is not registered for Value Added Tax and is therefo￿ unable to reclaim Value Added Tax
on its expenses. Expenditure in these financial statements is therefore shown indusive of Value Added
Tax.
