The exctr4 of expenditure over tncome w&% a defieii of £28,953 (2021 defi¢it £31,852). and this has been added to the
rea]ised and U￿realISed deficit on investsnents of £295,346 (2021 Surplus £162.415) rwulting in £324299 to be
deducted from the wrestricied accumulated fiLll4ts (2021 £130,563 *JdtyJ to the funds).
The invesknents at 31 December 2022 had 4 marka value of Q416.738 (2021 £2.883.616) and after adding the net
current assets of £217,957 (2021 £75,378) gave a wtal value of the TTUSt *$5¢ts at 31 December 2022 of £2.634.695
(2021 £2,958,994).
The investmeni PLK¢folio w85 mana8ed during the year by Atomos Investhients Limited (fomierty Sanlam Wealth
Management). A decision was made by the Trus¢¢es to change inve$tment I￿OkerS after the year end lo Dowgaie
Capital Limited.
The charity does invest in ¢ompgni¢s Who￿ busin￿ is incompauTr)l¢ with the objects of the Thist.
The level of reserves is regularly Moni￿red by the Tn￿1¢¢$ and is currently ¢th]sidered ¢0 be reasonable given the
nafur¢ and scale of the charity's activiti¢s. At this l¢vel of res￿¥¢3 the charity is abl¢ lo g¢n¢r4t¢ sufficient income ￿ be
distributed by way of grants.
