Financial Review
Review of the chanty's
financial position at ts end
of the period

This year we have refurbished No 2 at a cost
of £13,789..plus general maintenance at
cost of £3.464.New development costs to
date are £17,682.plus our usual expenses
as shown in the accounts.
The extra costs were faciltiated by drawyng
down £30K from investments. Our main
income is from ￿nts(wMC> and from18nd
rent. on 31 March 2023 our bank balance
was £10.327 and our finances remain
sound.
We maintain a reserve policy to ensure the
sustainability of our projects, to manage
v￿xpected o)sts or disruptions in
income.and to invest in futur8 inrtiatives.
Reserves enable us to remain restK)nsive to
changing needs of the communty we $eNe ,
and to continue our operations ev8n during
challen
