Womack Staithe is a registered charity whose object is the general ￿nefit
of the inhabitants of the Parish of Ludham. Ludham Parish Council is the
Custodian Trustee and freeholder of the land known as Wornack Staithe. 3
Trusfres are appointed by l.udham Parish Council as specified in the
Charity Commission document da￿d 5 April 2001, 5 others are Cl￿Opted.
The Charitable Trust (Womack Staithe 212112) manages the Staithe
completely independently on behalf of the village, deriving its income
almost entArely from mooring fees (a small proportion being interest). both
annual fees from parishioners and overnight fees from visitors.
The parish moorings available for parish residcnts are let on an annual
basis. reviewed annually with fees dependent on the si7.e of boats. The
parish moorings fees were increased by an average of 50/0 from April 2024.
The Trustees propose to incre&8e thc daily public mooring fees to £1 0.00
per overnight stay from April 2025, with no increase in the percenlase
retained by the collectors. The WO￿ of the collectors rA)ntinues to be much
appreciated.
The Trust h&8 continued to provide ftmds for the grass and hedge cutting
PTogrammes in the village, the New Year's fireworks (& associated costs),
and the repairs and maintenance to the Staithc and quay heading. There
were no grants awarded in the year to March 2025 (other as above to the
Parish Council) as cash reserves need to be buijt up to pay for replacing the
public quay heading area in the next 213 years.

## **REPORT RE EXAMINATION OF ACCOUNTS** 

This is to confirm I have carried out an examination of Womack Staithe 212112 accounts and accounting records for the year ended 31[st] March 2025 and all records I have been able to examine have been dealt with correctly.  The accounts are prepared on the basis of cash accounting, and no accruals or prepayments have been entered in accordance with Charity Commission regulations.
