Th8 Trustees have id8ntified and assessed the primary areas gf risk. Such system5 and procedures ès are
practicable are in Pla￿ to manage these risks with areas of risk being 5uble¢t to annual review.
ACTIVITIES DURING 2020

for half of thè year.
The tfustees explored ways of identifying people ir% need so that grants could ￿ mad8 in line with the Chartty's

the ongoing aims of tha Charity and allow il to OP8rale on a going concern basis.
INVESTMENT POLICY
Funds are invested in such a manner as thè Trusiees think frt in order to Provide an appropriate and balanced
)rtfolio trking into account tre requirèments of IhÈ law relatiro to the investment of charitable monies, and the
investment policy of the Charty.

We have referred to ihe Charity Commission's general gutdance on public benefit when reviewing our aims and
objectives and activities. The public bènefit of t¥ie Charity is in providing safe and cornfortable almshouse

FUTURE PLANS
The Trustees intend to continue their Current actwit18s in maintsining the almshouse accommodation through Ihe
Parochial Charity. The ongoing refLJrbishmeni of premises continues, in accordance with the aim of improving
the servi¢e to tenants and future plans will involve an ongoiTVJ review and implementation of anyworks cor15idered
necessary.

The charity constrtutes a puNic benefit entity as defined by FRS 102. Th¢ flnancial stalem8nts have been
