The initial endowment to be held until the terniination of the TTus¢ on a day which will expire ihe period of 80
years from 5 September 1962 or the period of21 years after the dcath of the lasi survivor of the issue now living
of his latc Majesty KiDg George V whichevcr period shall be shortcr or such earlier day as the Trnstees may at
any iimc after the CXPiTalion of ihe period of 20 years from 5 Sepi¢mber 1962 10 be the tennination date.
