**Objects:** TO ADVANCE RESEARCH INTO THE SCIENCE AND PRACTICE OF AGRICULTURE WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO HORTICULTURE AND ASSIST IN THE DISSEMINATION OF THE RESULTS OF THE SAID RESEARCH WORK BY THE PUBLICATION OF A JOURNAL TO BE CALLED "THE JOURNAL OF HORTICULTURAL SCIENCE AND BIOTECHNOLOGY" WHICH JOURNAL SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

**Activities:** To advance research into the science and practice of agriculture with particular reference to horticulture and assist in the dissemination of the results of the said research work by the publication of a journal to be called "Journal of Horticultural Science and Biotechnology" which journal shall be available to members of the general public
