I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination. I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under sectlon 145(5)(b) of the Act.

ANNUAL REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
l. The ChaTity is set up to provide Almshouses in ac￿rdanCe with the temls of
the Charity's Schem¢.
2. A management agreement exists with Orwdl Housing Association wh¢reby all
income aud expenses, relating to the almshouses, were receivfyl paid and
managed by Orwell Housing Association, who in turn will put and maintain
the Almshouses in good rq)air and the costs are secured by a Legal Charge.
Such income and expenditure details are recorded in accounts of Orwell
Housing LtLL

in accounts.
4. The accounts have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis.
