The Charity also has plans when lunds are available lo undertake signrfrcanl bulldw0￿$ to th& thr88-Storey block of fftals lo add bedrooms lo three bèdsil properties. As a result of Changes to Building Regulalions foll¢)wing the Greenfall tragedy, these works will involve complete rerrKrfl8lling of the three flats and will be al a significant cost. This has Cufrenuy been delayed due to current high build costs. The charity also hopes lo exlend the common room facilities now that tt)ore are Sixteen new resident bungah)ws from the Phag0111 development.
