Objects: To Help And Relieve Prsons Who By Reason Of Adverse Circumstances Arising From Poverty, Youth, Age, Ill Health, Misfortune Or From Any Other Event Or State Were Decayed And Required Pecuniary Aid By Means Of Grants, Loans Without Interest Or Otherwise Out Of The Capital And Income Of The Purse And That To Be Eligible For Such Assistance Persons Shoud Be "Old Parmiterians" Their Widows And Their Dependent Kindred And That "Old Parmiterians" Should Include Any Former Pupil Of Parmiter's School And Any Present Or Past Member Of The Teaching Or Domestic Staffs Of Parimeter's School.
