Objectives and Activities The charity provides accommodation for people in need who can live independently. Activities include- Managing eight almshouse dwellings Maintaining the buildings Ensuring compliance with safety and safeguarding duties 4. Achievements This year the charity: Housed nine residents Completed essential maintenance- Carried out all required safety checks Worked towards achieving full occupancy and resident feedback 5. Financial Summary Income: £37.085 (2024: £30,015) Expenditure.. £13,775 (2024: £22.553) Net assets at year-end: £569.803 (2024: £560,036). The trustees consider the financial position satisfactory and maintain reserves to cover unexpected repairs. 6. Public Benefit Trustees confirm they have complied with Charity Commission guidance. The charity provides affordable, secure housing that supports independence and reduces isolation. 7.
