## Aims and Objectives 

Grants given for general charitable purposes including education and training and the prevention and relief of poverty. 

## Structure and Management 

Managed by trustees who meet regularly during the year to discuss and decide on grants to the relevant individuals and organisations based in Royston. 

Trustees recruited from local town residents who have a knowledge and interest in the charities objectives. 

## Achievement and Performance 

This year the trust received a one off substantial donation of £100,000 which has been and will continue to be used for the benefit of those in need in Royston. 

## Financial Review 

Cash funds available at the end of the year were £98,292 

## Beneficiaries include 

Local schools to support extra curricular activities Carpets for family in poverty Local lunch club for students Child Therapy for vulnerable youngsters Purchase of wheelchair 

There is therefore a substantial income surplus as disclosed in the accounts. 

There are no debts. 



Monies held as disclosed in. Funds remain in will be approved for use as appropriate for the charity’s purpose in the future as per the constitution.
