Objects: After Defraying Out Of The Income The Cost Of Maintaining Any Property Of The Charity (including Repair And Insurance Of Any Building Thereon)and All Other Charges And Outgoings Payable In Respect Thereof And All The Proper Cost Charges And Expensesof And Incidental To The Administration And Management Of The Chsarity The Trustees Shall(1)apply The Clear Proceeds Of The Sale Of The Wembley Institute 22 London Road Wembley In Or Towards The Provision Of A Centre Equiped With Educational And Recreational Facilities For The General Bbenefit Of The Public(2)until A Centre As Aforesaaid Is Established The Trustees Shall Invest Theincome And Accumulate The Same For The Purpose Of Providingbuilding Fund For The Routine And Extraordinary Maintenance Of The Building As Aforesaid
