Mr. John Cllbitt BEM died on the 29 March 2025 Mr Cubitt resigned on the 12 February 2007 after serving
as Trustee for nearly 15 yeaTS_ This was his second ierm of otTice as a Tntstee.
Sadly Mrs. ￿7th]een Youngs died on the Octt>ber 2025. MT5. youn￿ was appointed Tr￿stee in
March 2019.

Mrs. Jennifer Taylor was apw1n￿d Tn￿￿e at a Merfing of the Trusiees held on the 14th November.
Emergency Alarn$ 77 Gnujdisburgh residents now enjoy the security of erne￿encY alarnis supplied by
HEARS. An intr&￿e of 11 Since the 2024 Allnual Report. This service, provided by the Trns4 brings enornjous
peace of mind to the resident and their careTS and is very Tnuch appreci￿d.
The Tjust also pays for an Alarni for one resident from another supplier.
On the I" May HEARS increased their monthly ren￿1 charges by 70Y• from singles £14.70 to £25 and doubles
£20.15 10 £?4.25
This will substantially increase the alnount the T￿st St*nds annually on the provisiffl of alarms.

The Tru5rees agreed at their Meeiing on the 14 November io transfer 50U/o of the Blackrock Equity
Accumulation Fwi(L £1 J1.322} to an Equity Income Fund w generate more income io cover this additional
expenditure.
If it were noi for the exceptionally reliable and caritig service HEARS provides it is likely that the Trust would
have found anoiher supplier.

Self-Priming Inierior Paini provided for application io the workshop by the tenant and a new shower was
installed.

Christmas Grants i l Grundisburoh resTdents received a tstant of £40 which wa5 accompanied by a card
produced by pupils of Grundisburgh Primary School. From the letters of thanks received from the recipients
the gift was very much appreciated also the delightfvl cards pr(MJucd by the children.

2026 residential trip were approve(L also a £ 1,000 donation to the Bags of Fo(Kl Project and a £l.000 grant
towards Ihe cost of installing a stair lift for a severely disabled Yillager.
Finance
The year ended with aT] operatino deficit of £319.65. The Trust's IDvestsnents increased in value by
£58,J06 and the rrrust's properties decreased in value by £9.64J
