The cost of the new borehole<br>and associated water costs was £20,122.80.<br>Fortunately, some of this expense was offset<br>by the increased rent for the farm following a<br>change in tenancy and also the transition<br>from an Agricultural Tenancy to a Business<br>Tenancy. The rest of the expense was met<br>from the Charity reserves.|
