£71,057.12 and a closing balance of
£72,828.60. The cost of the new borehole
and associated water costs was £20,122.80.
Fortunately, some of this expense was offset
by the increased rent for the farm following a
change in tenancy and also the transition
from an Agricultural Tenancy to a Business
Tenancy. The rest of the expense was met
