previously indica(ed we W￿ld host our own IALA guided trrintng¢outse for Middle East gulf participan15. The first of these

Cooperation Council {GCQ.

Our offshore $upport ve￿1 Relume, originally built asa bwy handler aids ￿ Thavigation servi¢e in the Gulf, has been
undert￿Ing Commercial Work in North European w&ers for rnamy yeaTg now. As has iKen reported in previou5 annual
accounts, IFAN chose to relain the vessel to keq) the Opti￿ of fiffther aids io navigation w(prk open for the Relumc in the
furure. However. during 2021 market coTrJiiion$ We￿ righi u) rtglise ￿e￿nable value for the vessel and in late 2022 we
agreed a tim¢-charter followed by a sale obligalion of the ve55el. The sale of the RelLtsn¢ was ¢onclud¢d on 18 Sep￿mber
2023. Thi5 concludes MMSL'S ship owning o£tiYity and we xknowlcdg¢ thc fine work done by the vessel 4nd ¢r¢w in
supporting safe navigation over many ye4rs.
