This Annual Report presents the Swiety's audited Financial Statèments lor 2025 and summarises its activities during that year.
It Is laid out In accordan￿ with the char￿lieS Statsment of Recommended Practs.￿ ISORP 20191 guidelines. Besides advising
sub%rib8rs and donors how their benefactions have been put to use, it describes. for the information ol all thosè concèinèd with

into the process of restoring occupancy to maximise the benefrt to seafarers and veterans of the essential modem15ation of

quality ol care proved effects've. The SocEty made substanb81 progr8ss In restoring financial stability and are now compliant with
our rev15ed financk41 controls wth the Main Business Reser¢e now restored to maintain onè month's payroll 8nd HMRC payment
in reserve aft8r pay run. Re5tonng Ihi5 Was thè priority in treating the immediate risk in reserves The total amount olfree ieserves
continues to be asse&8ed as inadequat8. Thè policy Is to restore the sum hekl to cover six months of operating costs. A tschnic&l
issue delayed the collection of the 15th Deoernber 2025 di￿￿ debits, lotalling £302,252 68 until 2nd January 2026 This resulted
in end ol year Debtors (Note 101 being much higher and the analysis of cash in hand (Note 171 being below the budgeted figure.

R6Storats"on ol OCLupancy continued to be challenging in th8 first b*0 thirds of 2025 but improved in the last third In the year there
were 35 admissions and 29 deaths. There were also 47 weeks of respite stays Avèrage occupancy forthe year dimbed from 54
at the end of August to 57.4 at the end of Decèmber. In 2025 the &xiety delivered 502.474 hours of care compared to 490,680
in 2024. The So(xety supported eo seafar8r5 and 19 veterans (Amy and RAFI.
Tha incra8sa in occupancy has asswated c*allenges with increases to thè cara and administrative burdens, as well as
adjustments ￿qUired to matenal aspects to ensure that Belvedere House keeps 8bre85t of changes in reqU1￿ments ar¥J
increasing demand for demenb'a care. The fflanag8mènt team continue to explore ne￿$Sary enhan￿rn8ntS to our capabilitie5.

increase in cnre local govemment ftjnding of around 3.2%, tr*re was only an alocation of £600m foi so￿81 carè (in the local
