Para 1.20 | with damp and water penetration to one of the houses. The work to the roof and chimney breast has been completed and major works to take off the plaster to one wall; insert a membrane and then replaster. Also, we have carried out an extensive clearance of one area of the garden with a view to laying a lawn there and generally tidying up the garden and repairing the rear fence. Finally, we have appointed new surveyors to advise the charity and carried out preliminary work to arrange a tender for the exterior decoration of the front of the building. |

Review of the charity’s Para 1.21 We have ended the year with an
