Artrl8s of Association adopted by special re801ution dated 3 Odobei 1996 and updated on 5th October 2017.
It is regislerad as a charity with the Ch8ri1ies Commission. The mombers of the charitable company a
named on page 4. The members, of which there were sixteèn 8131 Docomber 2023, each guaranleg 10
o)nlribute £1 in the event of the chartlabl8 company winding up.

individual company and do not contain consolidated financial infomialion as the parent of a group. The
charty is exempt under Sectson 3991241 of the CoMpan￿S Act 2006 from the requirements to prepare
oJnsolidated finanaal statsments.

All income is recoani8ed in the Statement of Financial Activities onc6 the charity has enlillemenl to the
ftjnds, rt 18 probable that the income will rec8iv8d and the amount can be measLbred reliably.
Gifts in kind donated for distribution arg included al valu8tion and recognised as incxjme when they are
distribu￿ to the projects. Gifts donated for resate are included as income when they are sokd.
Donated facilrties ar8 indudad al the value to the charity where this can be qUant￿led and a third part is
bearing the cost. No gmounts are included in the finanaal stslemonts for 8eNice8 donated by
voluntsers.

Wales. The member¥ of the charitable cornpany are the Trustees named on page 2. In the event of
