**Objects:** 1. TO PROMOTE AND ASSIST THE GENERAL GOOD OF ALL OLD PEOPLE IN THE BOROUGH OF BATLEY BY ASSISTING IN PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL RECREATION DEVELOPING PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENT FURTHERING HEALTH, RELIEVING POVERTY, DISTRESS OR SICKNESS, OR IN PURSUING ANY OBJECTS WHICH ARE OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE. 2. TO PROMOTE AND ORGANISE CO-OPERATION IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES OR ANY OF THEM WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF BATLEY.

**Activities:** Provides a community building that can be hired by local user groups. It is currently housing the Royal Voluntary Service who carry out a variety of community based projects in and around the Batley area.
