**Objects:** 1) FOR RELIEF IN SICKNESS RELIEVING IN CASES OF NEED PERSONS WHO ARE SICK,CONVALESCENT,DISABLED,HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM BY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS,SERVICES OR FACILITIES WHICH ARE CALCULATED TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING OR ASSIST THE RECOVERY OF SUCH PERSONS IN SUCH CASES BUT ARE NOT READILY AVAILABLE TO THEM FROM OTHER SOURCES. 2) FOR SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT.

**Activities:** The aims of the Trust are to use the income from invested capital for the relief of people who are sick, convalescent, disabled or infirm.  Applications will be considered from residents in the following local govenment areas -North Yorkshire County Council, The City of York, Durham County Council & Boroughs of Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, Darlington, Stockton-on-Tees & Harlepool.
