The Trustees work to fulfil the Charl￿S obpctives in the Parishes
of Sheringham and Upper Sheringham. This is by awarding grants
to indmduals. who are in need. and organisations Whe￿ those in

and the Communty.

In the coming year the Trust aim to mainlain the level of grants awarded and to also increase
publicity of the Trust in order to increase the level of grant awards. This will be done wthin the
budget and being mindful of the potential economic variabilty of insted funds.

This report is of the Pwrs and Ploughlet Chanty accounts for the above year.
The accounts have been prepared by the Treasurer under the direction of the Trustees
who have the uRimate responsibilty. It is understood that the specific 8udit requirements
of section 144(2) of the char￿eS Act 2011 do not apply.
l am required to report on any particular matters of concem to me during the
examination of the accounts as specffied in section 156{2) of the same above Act.
The procedures undertaken do not provide all the inforniation and evidence required to
conduct a full audit and therefore no audit opinion is given.
I certify that the atL)ve Accounts have been prepared in aC0)rdan￿ with correct
a(wunting proc*dures, that they refiect the tranSaCt￿nS of the Society during tha
