2. Amenities Land

The value of the 10.84 acres known as Charities Meadow is shown at the acquistion cost. Of this, 0.75 acres are leased to Suffolk County Council as an extension to the new school playing field for 50 years from 1 September 2002. This is in exchange for the use of the adjacent car parking facility and a reciprocal rent of £1 p.a.

3. Other Land

The Other Land comprises "Town House Yard" being a freehold property previously used as a playground (approx.0.25 acres) to the east of the Six Bells Public House in Gislingham, and is carried at a nominal value.
