THE PRESIDENT
In the Holy Bible, the prophet Isaiah records the task (Isaiah 43.'10 KJV) that God's people are
called to. Ye are my witnesses, saith The Lord." This is the call upon God's holy people, the
chosen ones.
Whether we look to the Indian sub-continent or China or the polar regions, north and south, there
you will encounter a story of missionary endeavour. as the Gospel is proclaimed.
As the risen Lord Jesus, in his Resurrection body, prepared for His ascension into Heaven, He
called upon His disciples and followers to go into all the world and preach the Gospel of good
news.
Through a specially lailored programme of Bible teachin& The National Bible College seeks to
prepare ail who participate in the course for the challenges that they will face as witnesses to our
Lord Jesus Christ, the Shepherd to the lost sheep of the House of Israel.
DR CLIFFORD SMYTH, PRESIDENT

GENEIUL SECRETARY
Building Again
The year has been busy with administration matters in the year. When T started this job over 20
yeais ago, everything was done manually. Now almost everything we do has lo be done on-line.
From even the simplest thing of paying a service provider by writing out a cheque, this all is done
on the intemet. On the one hand this can save time, but on the other hand complications can arise
causing a waste of time. This is how the modern world is running at the moment.
We had our Spring Rally and Autumn Rally in Morecambe this year as well as a Meeting at
Burnside Hall, Co. Antrirn in Northern Ireland.
Concerning the Covenanl nations magazine we have been affected by ihe high cost of mailing
overseas. We WTOte to all overseas readers that the ones who give their generous donations would
still receive their magazine. but the option was given for them to read our magazine online on our
website. This has saved a considerable amount of money.
During the year we were able to sell our property in 18 Simpson Road, West Auckland successfully

INDEPENDENT EXAMANER'S REPORT
TO THE I￿Ell￿BERs OF
THE BRITISH-ISRAEL-WORLD FEDEIi4TION
For the Year ended 31 March 2025
Respective responsibilities of trustees and auditors
The charity's trnstees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's tnjstees
consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011
(the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It is my responsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 145 of the 201 l Act. To follow the procedures laid down in the
general directions given by the Charity Commission (under section 145(5)(b) of the 201 l Act, and
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examiner's statemenl
My examination was carried out in accordance with general directions given by ihe Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. li also includes consideration of any
unusual items of disclosure in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees conceming,
any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required
in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present ' a true and fair,
view and the report is limited to those Matters set out in the slalement below.
Independent examiner's statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention..
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect, the requirements to
keep accounting records in accordance with section 130 of the 2011 Act. and to prepare
accounts which accord with the accountingF record5 and comply with the accounting
requirements of the 201 l Act. have not been mel. or
2. to which in my opinion. attention should be drawn in orderto enable a proper understanding
of the accounis to be reached.
