Total Income for the year 2023 was £34,263.
The Trust made payments totalling £15.3(X) in futfilling the
objectNes of the Trust.
Admini5tratrve expenses for the year, including the payment of
salary, totslled £4,800.
The insurance value of the properties held by the Trust totalled
£3,023,440.
The Rose Trust cornmen￿d the year with £65.411 of available funds
and concluded with £84.404.

Policy on reserves:
The Trustees consider that the Trusvs Funds of £84.404 should be
held to meet the short terni needs of the Trust in tulfilling its
activities.
Statement concerning Serious Intidents:
No serious incidents that would affect the beneficiaries
took place during the year.

Respective responsibllfties of the Trustees and Examiner.
The Charity's Trustees are re5FK)n5ible for the preparation of the accounts but, at the
Trustees, request, I have prepared accounts on their behalf. The Trustees consider
that an audit is not required for this year under settion 144{21 Charities Att 2011
(the Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to-
lal examine the accounting records under Section 145 of the Art.
Ib} follow the procedure5 specified in the Generdl Dirertions gven by the
Charity Commissioners (under Section 145{5llbl of the Act and
Ic I stste whether particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examinerfs ststement
My examination was carried out in accordance with General Dirertions given by the
Charity Commissioners. My examination induded a review of the accounting records
kept by the Charity. The prO￿dureS undertaken by me do not provide all the eviden
that would be required by an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether
the accounts represent a true and fair view and this report is limited to those matter5
set out in the statement below.
Independent examinerfs Statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention:_
