The charity is a community of Discalced Carmelite Friars who live in Carmelite Community, Boars Hill Oxford. The Friars devote themselves to a life of prayer, the fruits of which they share in the form retreats, spiritual direction, book service for Carmelite literature and publishing a quarterly spiritual review.
Objects: (1) Charitable Work In The Beneficial Area Carried On By The Roman Catholic Order Of Men Known As The Discalced Carmelite Friars. (2) Establishment Equipping And Maintenance Of A House Or Place Of Studies In The Beneficial Area For The Use Of Members Of The Said Order.
