## **Permanent Assets** 

Four Properties (converted from six in 1962) and the 1655 square yards of freehold land on which the properties are situated. 

## **Report of the Trustees** : 

The Trustees endeavour to ensure that the Almshouses are run in accordance with best practice. The Trustees are guided by the National Almshouse Association, the charity Commission and the Charity Governance Code for small Charities. All six Trustees are volunteers, from the Parishes of Levington and Nacton.
