  1. The Charity owns 12.75 acres of land on Ringstead Road which is leased to Mr Nic Pull.

  2. The Charity owns 916.69 Units of COIF Charities Investment Fund - Income Units. These are made up of 162 Units originally purchased with funds from the George Hogge bequest, with an additional 254.78 Units purchased in 2020 and a further 499.91 added in 2024. These shares are not included in the accounts, but the value at 31[st] December 2024 was £18,602.67 (£8271.00 at 31[st] December 2023).

  3. The Charity owns 17.50 acres of land at West Bottom Field (Old Fuel Allotment) which has been renamed Jubilee Meadow. The Trustees have converted the field into a wildflower meadow, orchard and memorial tree area.

  4. The stated objective of the Charity is to provide for the benefit of the village and villagers of Thornham. In line with the Walterson Charity objectives, £458 was donated to Titchwell for onward donation.

  5. Thornham United Charities consists of Walter Walterson’s Charity (Reg. No. 207453), Fuel Allotment Charity (Reg. No. 207452), Hogge’s Charity (reg.
