I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ('the Trust'l for the year ended 3110312025
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out

Objectives of the Charity
The general good of all older people in the old
Uiban District of Otley by providing facilities lor
physical and mental recreation, furthering health,
relieving povety, dislre8s or slckness.
Main activities in relation lo the objectives
The Charity provides a permanent building comprising
a main hall, adjacent swllaller meeting rooms and
kitchen facilities for older people lo gather for social
recreational and culinary purposes. AG¢ess is open lo
all on a day-to-day basis. The building also has offices
and facilities for service providers.
Achiovements and Performance
Main activities during the year
The Trustees feel that they achieved their objectives
in the year under review.
The building re-opened in the Summer of 2D21
following refurbishment works and activities have
retLtrned lo normal following the Covid-19 pandemic.
