The Charity continues to provide premises for a range of of services which are mainly for the older citizens of Otley 

Service users pay rent. 

I addition part of the building is leased to another local charity Otley Action for Older People. 

The building was renovated in 2020 and remains in good condition.

Objectives of the Charity
The general good of all older people in the old
Urban District of Otley by providing facilities for
physical and mental recreation, furthering health,
relieving povety, distress or sickness.
Main activities in relation to the objectives
The Charity provides a permanent building comprising
a main hall, adjacent smaller meeting rooms and
kitchen facilities for older people to gather for social
creational and culinary purposes. Access is open to
all on a day-to-day basis. The building also has offices
and facilities for service providers.
Achievements and Performance
Main activities during the year
The Trustees feel that they achieved their objeclives
in the year under review.
The building re-opened in the Sumrner of 2021
following refurbishment works and activities are
returning to normal following the Covid-19 pandemic.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity {Ihe Trusf) for the year ended 3110312024
Rasponsibilitles and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 {"the Act.).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
