Notes to the attached statement As at December 2022 

1 Rents were received from the Almshouses throughout  the year as both properties were continuously occupied. The Almshouse values remain unchanged . These are based on historic values. The field and land remain an asset value. 

2 Ringmer Scouts had overpaid by £125 in 2021 and owed half the annual amount as a result in 2022. 

3 After a financial review, th Fidelity investment was liquidated and reinvested with COIF/CCLA 

4 OART reimbursed the additional costs of grass cutting in the wildife area 

5 Ringmer Village Hall reimbursed an overpayment of £45 

6 A payment of £145.50 was made to Jenny Hill to reimbuese expenditure on two mountain ash trees and stakes 

7 The Clerk invoiced £1574 during the year which included £5.28 for postage and £15.00 payment for tree planting 

The Annual Accounts for 2022 will be examined by Mr Jonathan Franklin. 

The Final Accounts will be submitted to the Charity Commission once approved.
