**Objects:** 1. TO APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE RESIDENTS IN THE ALMSHOUSES OF THE CHARITY OR ANY OF THEM IN SUCH MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT FROM TIME TO TIME. 2. IF THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED IN ANY YEAR FOR APPLICATION IN MANNER AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME FOR RELIEF IN NEED AND ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF FRAMLINGHAM AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN SCHEME.
