During 2023, there have been no changes to the number of shares we hold in the M&G Charity Multi Asset Fund.
Markets have been starting to increase with interest rates rising. Dividend payments have increased and we conts'nue
to consider this portfolio a suitable haven for our capital.
3 The trust saw some change in trustees within 2023, this has brought a review in the structure and a look at policies
and procedures. The Trust is looking to convert to a CIO within 2024. This will enable the roof project to commen
in 2025. which would be a significant investment in the Alms houses.
4 The accounts have been prepared on a receipts and payments basis effects've from 2012. This is in accordance with
the charity commision guidance which states:
