The Trustees met on thr¢e occasions.
BUSINESS CONDUCTED
l. Eastgate Financial Services and Brewin Dolphin continued to manage and
oversee the Trusts investments including the M.G. Edds legacy. The Tn￿leeS
reviewed their investment stra*gy and reatTirnied to adopt cafrgory 4.
2. Resulting from the M.G. Edds legacy £1,000 was paid to Topsham School to
assist with swimming provision.
3. Grants totalling £6.600 were made in support of Topsham School, Topsham
Charter Day, Topsham Birdwatching Society. Topsham Museum and
Topsham Music Festival
4. The ￿n¢Wal of the lease for Ccntral Garage, Topsham.
5. The title of the properties had been registered at the Land Registry and the
properties were transferred from the outgoing Trustees to the continuing and
new Trust¢¢s. It was agreed that the titl¢ be vested in the name of the Official
Custodian of Charities.

Act and in carrying out my exarnination I have followed all the applicable Dlrectlons gfven by the

connettlon wlth the examlnatlon glylng me cause to believe that In any material respett:

3. the accounts do not comply with the appll¢able requirements concemln8 the ftym and content
of accounts set out in the Charltle5 (Accounts and fteportsl Regulatlons 2CM)8 other than any
requlrement that the accounts 8lve a 'true and fair view whlch Is not a matter consldered as
part of 8n Independent examlnatlon.
