The charity maintains six almshouses in Englefield Green, Egham, Surrey. The houses are made available to elderly married couples, or single persons if no qualifying couple can be found, who meet criteria laid down in the Scheme of the Charity Commissioners made in 1994. Maintenance fees are charged at a level to cover long-term average costs of keeping the houses in good condition.
Objects: The Trustees Shall Apply The Income Of The Charity In The Following Order Of Priority:-(1) For The Benefit Of Residents Of The Almshouses Of The Charity Or Any Of Them In Such Manner As The Trustees Think Fit From Time To Time.(2) The Trustees Shall Apply The Income Of The Charity Applicable For Relief In Need In Accordance With The Provisions Of Clause (43) Of The Scheme Of The Commissioners Dated 17Th August 1994
