Flnancial review The allathed finanaal statements show the CLwrerFt state ofthé financ8s wh￿h the trustees consider to be Sound. Revenues hava Increa8ed slighlty due to ￿￿ease In contributions from o¢cupiers. Specific policies established by th8 trustees are set out below. It becam8 dear lo the trustees that the alrnshouses wer8 being too heavily subsfjdised and CLMlribulions were not inline with Ihoso r0￿mMended by the Almshouse Association. Therefore the Iruslees have implem¢nled Changes for 202&26 onwards to ensure resident contributions more dosely ￿semble the c05t of maintaining the almshouses and grounds and thal unexpected costs do not result in an overall deficit.
