## **WILLS & STICKLAND HOMES** ## **Charity No. 205485** ## **Trustees Report for year ending 31st March 2024** Wills & Stickland Homes is a Charity that has 14 bungalows. These bungalows are let to people aged 60 years and over, who are capable of looking after themselves. There are four one bed bungalows and 10 two-bedroom bungalows. The bungalows are rented at a reasonable price and a warden lives in one of the bungalows and is on call if any of the residents are taken ill during the night to contact the emergency services. The rent that the residents pay, covers all repairs, and miscellaneous expenses. Any balance after all expenditure is paid into the bank account, which is a safety balance in case any large repairs need doing. There also has been one change in the Trustees during the year. The Trustees are: Mr Steven Hargreaves, Chairperson, Mrs Liz Beckerlegge, Mrs Kate Dommett, Mr Alan Singleton, Mr Jim Payne. Mrs Sonia Eggleston has become a Trustee, The Warden and Clerk are unchanged. I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Independent examiner's statement** I have completed my examination.
