**Activities:** We support research with the aim of finding treatments and effective cures and we drive improvements in health care. We provide information and advice, campaign to raise awareness, provide care and support.  Further, we enable people to lead as full and rich a life as possible through the provision of advocacy support and equipment grants as well as campaigns to remove barriers to independence.
