INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ALMSPEOPLE AND SUBJECT THERETO THE GOVERNORS MAY APPLY A YEARLY SUM OF NOT MORE THAN ú1, 800 OR SUCH SUM AS THE COMMISSIONERS APPROVE FROM TIME TO TIME TOWARDS THE COST OF MAINTAINING THE ALBERT PARK PUBLIC RECREATION GROUND.
