**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE BRANCH ARE TO PROMOTE THE WORK AND OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY [ROYAL SOCIETY FOR THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO ANIMALS (219099)], WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE AREA OF THE BRANCH, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE POLICIES OF THE SOCIETY.

**Activities:** RSPCA Solent Branch covers 400 square miles of Hampshire and operates The Stubbington Ark Animal Centre in Fareham. We support the inspectorate to rescue, rehabilitate, rehome and release back to the wild injured, abandoned, mistreated and stray animals/wildlife. As a separately registered Branch of the RSPCA, we are responsible for raising our own funds to deliver our vital animal welfare work.
